Coaching is a dynamic partnership designed to help you maximize your potential by focusing on self-awareness, personal growth, and goal achievement. At The Griffin Method, we support you in identifying your goals, overcoming obstacles, and crafting actionable plans. With a minimum commitment of three months, our one-on-one or group sessions enhance your self-awareness and provide clarity on what’s truly driving your thoughts, emotions, and results. The responsibility for change lies with you, but your coach will guide the process and hold you accountable.
Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a partnership that engages clients in a thought-provoking and creative process to help them maximize their personal and professional potential. This philosophy is integral to The Griffin Method, where coaching not only helps clients identify their goals but also supports them in overcoming obstacles and creating actionable plans to achieve those goals.

Coaching helps healthy individuals achieve more from life. A coach gives you a fresh perspective, helping you see beyond your current mindset, and teaches you how to manage your thoughts and emotions for better outcomes. It’s not about exploring your past but about creating a powerful present and future by recognizing how your thinking impacts your life.
Therapy focuses on healing past traumas and addressing mental health concerns. Therapists are licensed professionals who help resolve issues rooted in the past. If unresolved trauma arises during coaching, you may be referred to a therapist to tackle those barriers before moving forward.
Consulting provides expert solutions and strategies but doesn’t stay with you through the implementation. In coaching, your coach remains engaged, helping you integrate changes and reach your goals with ongoing support and accountability.
Mentors offer advice based on their experiences, guiding mentees toward specific goals. Coaching, on the other hand, helps you discover your own path and solutions through self-exploration.
Friendship offers emotional support but lacks the objectivity and professional training of a coach. Friends may not always tell you hard truths for fear of risking the relationship, while a coach will always challenge you to grow, even when it feels uncomfortable.

We get it. You want change.
The pace of your progress depends on your commitment. Coaching can spark change as quickly as the first session, but sustainable growth requires effort and trust over time. By taking ownership of your thoughts and actions, you’ll be on the path to achieve the results you want.
