Jill’s mission is to make workplaces more successful for everyone. As an Executive Coach and workshop facilitator, she specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic growth. She’s coached hundreds of leaders worldwide, leveraging generative AI tools to amplify session effectiveness while preserving the human essence of coaching. East End Arts enriches the community by fostering creativity and supporting artists, serving over 7,000 members online and in person. Through her involvement, Jill is committed to driving cultural growth, collaboration, and artistic excellence on Long Island’s East End.
