With over two decades of driving business innovation and strategic growth, Jill has generated multimillion-dollar revenues, launched 100+ brands, and led the successful sale of a digital health startup. Jill’s career spans a global footprint in 25+ cities, including serving as COO for divisions valued at $13M and $75M. Along the way, she’s partnered with world-renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Notion, Hilton, and Samsung, combining strategic foresight with operational excellence to deliver transformative results.

Jill’s mission is to make workplaces more successful for everyone. As an Executive Coach and workshop facilitator, she specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic growth. She’s coached hundreds of leaders worldwide, leveraging generative AI tools to amplify session effectiveness while preserving the human essence of coaching. Her work has driven measurable outcomes in leadership performance and professional development.

Following a personal journey recovering from a head injury, Jill has become an advocate for invisible disabilities, striving to bring greater awareness and inclusivity to workplaces and beyond.

In addition to her coaching and podcast work, Jill is a proud board member of the East End Arts and Humanities Council. East End Arts enriches the community by fostering creativity and supporting artists, serving over 7,000 members online and in person. Through her involvement, Jill is committed to driving cultural growth, collaboration, and artistic excellence on Long Island’s East End.
