It’s time to change your career mindset. Here is why:
I was ridiculously successful and totally empty.
I couldn’t understand how a few times a month I would start the day happy and before lunch I was searching job sites.
Nothing had changed. Same job, same people, same office.
I made a decision to figure out why. I read everything I could get my hands on about the mind, emotions, and spoke to experts.
Everyone said the same thing. It was my thinking.
This hit me hard because it then meant that I was responsible for my drama.
Then it was funny. I would become the watcher of myself and when I would start to melt down, I would remind myself that all that happened was a thought.
I worked my thoughts, my beliefs, and decided I was going to change.
I changed my career mindset!
It happened pretty quickly. I got coached. I increased my income. I got promoted.
I got to be an example of what’s possible. Now I get to show others how to do the same thing.
