With over 20 years of marketing and media experience, I bring strategy and savvy to global brands and small businesses.

I think big. I drill down into executable tactics. And I drive results for the businesses I partner with.

My experience as a marketer is vast, and includes leadership roles working on renowned brands such as Hilton Hotels, GE, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Samsung, Walmart, Atlantic Records, Martha Stewart, Publicis Groupe, and more.

But it’s not just big brands, I’ve led startups, small businesses, individuals, agencies, creative shops, and media companies with my innovation, digital, acquisition, operations, sales, account, and product and online course development expertise. My recent work with a start-up led to their doubling sales in less than a year.

Advertising Age recognized me as one of the “25 Women to Watch”, and I was named one of the "50 Most Influential People in Content Marketing" by NewsCred. I’m also a two-time winner of Mediaweek’s Media Plan of the Year. As a founding member of 212, NY's digital advertising club, I was a recent recipient of a visionary award along with the other founding members.

I’ve been quoted by leading media outlets like AdWeek, Advertising Age, Forrester Research, The New York Times, Newscred, Newsday, MediaPost, MediaWeek, the Wall Street Journal, and Women’s Health Magazine.

In addition to the work I’ve done with big brands and businesses, I also have a history of consulting with financial, tech, health, wellness, and natural beauty companies. Recently, I led the acquisition and post-sale transition of a leader in digital health to a top online education provider with over 30,000 graduates. 

Because I’ve always stretched myself as a person, I have a multifaceted background which includes being trained as Gallup Trained Strengths Coach, a natural beauty product formulator, a meditation instructor, a NAHA certified clinical aromatherapist, a functional nutrition educator, as well as being a sought-after career and executive coach.

It’s my passion to help people live more balanced lives and it all starts with their mental wellbeing. In my spare time, I can be found formulating natural beauty products and kayaking the inlets of Long Island's North Fork.
